At Smoothie London Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewellery back in its original Smoothie London gift box and ensure it is safely packed in a padded mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to the address provided by our team to ensure your return arrives safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
